We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive the wrong item or an item that is defective on arrival (DOA), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

❌ Firmware flashing errors or incorrect software configuration

Development Boards Notice

Development boards and electronic modules are sensitive electronic devices.

Incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, connecting incompatible voltage levels (such as applying 5V signals directly to 3.3V GPIO), or short circuits can permanently damage the product. Such damage is considered user-caused and is not covered under warranty.

Inspection Process

Technical Inspection

All returned products will be inspected by our technical team. Inspection may take up to 5–7 business days.

Defect Confirmed

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace the product or issue a refund.

Claim Rejected

If the product is found to be fully functional or damaged due to improper use, the warranty claim will be rejected.

Important Notice

Electronic development boards and modules cannot be "reset" after use. Once power has been applied, it is often impossible to determine whether damage resulted from a manufacturing defect or incorrect handling. For this reason, products showing signs of misuse or electrical damage are not eligible for refund or replacement.
